Nili Street is a tranquil and charming street in the old Katamon neighborhood of Jerusalem. The building, though old, is well-maintained, and the apartment is situated on the top floor.
The apartment has been expanded upwards with an internal staircase, and an overall redesign of the entire layout.
We’ve created a division between the parents’ floor and the shared spaces, and the children’s floor. Additionally, new windows and a fresh balcony have been added on the top floor, introducing extra natural light to the shared space on the lower floor.
