The Zir HaHinuch neighborhood is a new district in Hod HaSharon. As part of the neighborhood’s development, we planned the communal commercial center, incorporating commercial spaces, offices, and underground parking for cars and bicycles.
The residents’ movement played a significant role in determining the main entrance’s location, ensuring that the storefronts’ facades are visually appealing and easily accessible. The building’s design draws inspiration from the Bauhaus style, blending with bold colors that emphasize the building’s traffic pathways.
